BA.2+25791T sublineage with S:D1153Y, N:D22G, ORF9b:I19V 6% cases in Arizona ( globally 275 seqs)

Here i want to propose a sublineage of BA.2 in the branch with 25791T that further acquired S:D1153Y,N:22G (=A28338G) (Orf9B:I19V).

This sublineage arose in Arizona and represents around 6% of sequences in the past two months

More interestingly it seemed to compete with BA.2.12.1 through early in May reaching a 23% of sequences not far from the share of BA.2.12.1 in that moment

Growth advantage or disadvantage comparing the two variants is all but clear:

273 seqs as today, the growth advantage vs BA.2.12.1 seems stable but trending down in Arizona. i will check it back vs BA.5 in the next days

Hi @FedeGueli . I just found that 33 out of 75 genomes of XAA (#664 ) have S:D1153Y as well.
