Overlay volume mounts don't work on Windows WSL

Issue Description

When using the option :O to mount a host directory using the overlay file system, the podman client doesn't transform the Windows path into the machine path, and the run fails:

> podman run -ti --rm -v "C:\Users\mario\git\podman:/podman:O" fedora bash
Error: preparing container cc3206c241eb8582fc9339e22140b9f44a9064d736a119c738fbf377b19a500b for attach: mounting overlay failed "C:\\Users\\mario\\git\\podman": stat C:\Users\mario\git\podman: no such file or directory
