Bugs

1. ImageSetObj not receiving optimization parameters used from input projection object
2. ImageSetObj has incorrect proj_params_used (gen_from_old_proj is true when inputting ProjObj; it should be false)
3. When rotating 45 deg in CALCreateImageSet with 0-180 deg projections, the 180-360 deg images are incorrectly flipped over vertical axis (they should be flipped over the 45 deg rotated axis)
