This PR adds the support of fine-tuning and inference for Cohere's Command R 7B 12-2024 in HuggingFace.
This PR also upgrades versions of the
transformerspackage and other related packages, which is to (1) support Cohere's Command R 7B and (2) let us benefit from new features in the higher version oftransformersin the future.This PR has been throughly tested and all work well.
