Issue with Project Creation in SEO Website Structure Architect App

I am encountering an issue with the SEO Website Structure Architect app. After filling in the form on the homepage and submitting it, I receive the message "Project Created," but the page does not switch to the new project page. Instead, the form remains visible.

I have attempted to repeat the steps, but the issue persists. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
