Managed to reproduce this on a test virtual machine, the trick is to wait some time and then the metrics are gone. I can't say how long as I went for a coffee and lunch break :)

My problem is that when the route is first accessed, the component disappears when it first loads and then never shows up again,after disappearing, there is no network speed data in the source code table.
