About the pull request
High CQC now only floors someone if you're on harm intent and aren't the same faction.
Duration of the flooring has been reduced dramatically too
Explain why it's good for the game
It's annoying to get decked by the likes of MP or other CQC trained roles whilst trying to heal them. This should mitigate that whilst also preventing cheeky cloaked-scout-OD'ing-someone kinds of shenanigans
