TKEY Frame

I am not able to read the TKEY frame

According to the specification:
4.2.3 TKEY Initial key:
https://id3.org/id3v2.4.0-frames

the TKEY is there, but not on the ID3TagEditor package.
Is this something you can add?

At the Moment that frame is not supported, but is should be quote straightforward to add.
Do you want to try to contribute? If not i will try to add the frame in the next week a.

I implemented the TKEY frame in #110 .
I will merge this tomorrow and publish a new release.
