Telemetry needs to sanitize the IP field

Describe the bug

We are sending the IP value in some telemetry payloads, which we should not be doing.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Look at our telemetry data

Expected behavior

It should be sanitized to not include IP value.
