3D viewer: displayed landmark groups are now reloaded if they change

If a landmark is added to or removed from a landmark group and the 3D
Viewer shows this landmark group, the 3D Viewer will now reload the
landmark group to provide an immediate update.

Fixes #2286

This is now fixed in dev.
