没有考虑使用sphinx?

sphinx 可以输出pdf 和 html的，这样可以在 web上挂一个，还可以有离线版本的pdf

pdf的可以用xelatex，html的可以用sphinx。想改的话自己可以提交patch。

hevea 可以将tex转成html，Makefile中也提供了这个功能，不过没有编译成功，有兴趣的同志可以帮忙鼓捣一下。
