Generate a stake key pair

the command cardano-cli stake-address key-gen ... is missing the era conway so it doesn't work:

I believe it should be cardano-cli conway stake-address key-gen ...

@CarlosLopezDeLara I'm not showing that this was fixed in the recent commits; e.g.

Are we due a PR to update this documentation — so at least the latest or era keyword is added everywhere — or did I miss something? What are your plans regarding this material & how can other contributors / reviewers help?
