Acceptance criteria

For composable page header updates, the Carbon for IBM Products team will need a few updates to the breadcrumb component to ship the new page header version. We are targeting an end of Q1 ship date.

The current page header component in C4IP utilizes a smaller version of core's default breadcrumb size. Offering a compact size version will allow C4IP to use the standard Carbon breadcrumb instead of a bespoke component. There are also a few design guideline updates that will be needed (see design task list).
