disabling Feedbucket

Feedbucket seems to never have been used by anyone (let's confirm that), let's just disable it (or at least hide it)

It is not convenient to use. I doubt many users would go through that trouble.

I guess we could move it next to the language selector, in the topbar:

oh wow I didn't realize that! Oops... just subscribed by email to the github notifications, I'll have a look. Well, some of these are useful so let's maybe keep it, I think moving it where you suggest is a good idea
