Always Show Full URLs option appears twice -> fixed

Steps:

1. installed 1.50.53
2. launched Brave
3. opened brave://settings/appearance
4. looked for Show Full URLs option

Confirmed I only saw one Show Full URLs option, in the correct place in brave://settings/appearance
