This is a major Chromium version bump, please do full passes.

Desktop Affected areas:

• Verify setting/using default search engine
• Verify site info bubble functionality
• Verify autocomplete functionality
• Verify brave://about/ functionality
• Verify clear browsing data functionality
• Verify bookmark bar and bookmarks functionality
• Verify split view functionality
• Verify tab functionality (vertical tabs, tab groups, dragging tabs, tab UI, tab search, etc.)
• Verify side panel functionality
• Verify print preview functionality
• Verify guest profile functionality
• Verify Tor functionality

iOS Affected areas:

• Verify profile creation

Android Affected areas:

1. Passwords should retain after upgrade
2. Rewards 3.0 panel should be able to open
3. Site permissions should work
4. After the clean install accept TOS should be shown just once.
5. App menu items should work:
   • Exit;
   • Brave News;
   • Brave Rewards;
   • Brave VPN.
6. Icon for Brave Passwords Manager at main settings should match one from Nightly
7. Pull to refresh page should work -
   7.1 works on Pixel 6 Android 16
   7.2 doesn't work on Samsung s22 Android 15 - either this is by Chromium's design or submitted an issue
   7.3 used to work on the same Samsung s22 Android 14 a weak ago before the firmware update
8. Home button at the toolbar must not be displayed by default after installation
9. Ensure that with dark theme bottom panel at the main app menu has normal colors
