Description

Found while testing #10636
Google translate context menu option is not shown in Brave. Please note the issue persists in the Brave release version also, it's not related to CR 85. The google translate context menu option is shown in Chrome when google translate extension is installed

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Clean profile 1.14.44
  2. Visit the page https://www.deutschland.de/de
  3. The translate bubble is shown to offer google translate installation.
  4. Install the extension
  5. Click on the Extension bubble and ensure that google translate extension is installed
  6. Right-click on the page content (https://www.deutschland.de/de) and check for the context menu for Google translate
  7. Google translate context menu option is not shown in Brave

I am able to see this option in the context menu on both 1.12.114 and 1.13.79 on macOS:

Brave 1.12.114 Chromium: 84.0.4147.135 (Official Build) (64-bit)

1.13.x also has a different feature, when I copy text before even opening the context menu I get this little bubble over my highlighted text:

It is 2022 and still brave has this same issue. Install google translate extension and you will not be able to get the translate option on right click.
