Transaction countdown timer speeds up after reconnecting to the network

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Nightly and connect to Gemini widget
2. Go to Trade and enter value to and click on get quote
3. Disconnect network while counter is ticking and click on confirm, shows error
4. Reconnect network and try to get quote again, counter jumps values

Countdown should be at a normal pace
