Line numbers not updating with 'Find in' after making changes #12440

When conducting a 'Find in' I usually make changes and click on the next relevant result to make more changes. When these changes involve deleting lines I found the line numbers don't update. Thus when I click on the result, it takes me to the original line number when the document was originally searched.
Steps
- 'Find in' on a folder
- Search for something that has multiple results
- Delete a few lines where there are some results below
- Click on the next few 'Find in' results
Expected Result
After I make a change in the file all line numbers update and clicking sends me to the corresponding new line.
Actual Result
Line numbers don't update and clicking sends me to the designated line but wrong result.
This is mentioned in a pull request that says it addressed this issue, but the bug still exists: adobe/brackets#4729
Brackets Version: sprint 34 experimental build 0.34.0-10729 (On branch master,master efbd1dc7c).
OS: OSX 10.9
