1. Generate an installer on the build machine

Result: Two sets of four warnings appear in the console output. "The file ... is not a Font, and its version is not a companion file reference. It should have a language specified in the Language column."

Expected: Clean results -- no warnings.

Marking low priority -- from what I can tell, this is just warning us that some of our binaries don't include metadata saying what languages they support. Wix docs say this is bad because when running a "repair" operation it can cause slightly more disk churn than needed... but we don't really care, and we've turned off the "repair" option anyway.
