Modifying the QuickOpen Plugin System to accommodate Document and Project Symbols.
The Document Symbols would be invoked by "Ctrl-T" command. (trigger - '@')
The Project Symbols would be invoked by "Ctrl-Shift-T" command. (trigger - '#')

The same has been added to Default Navigate Menu.
