[CLOSED] Found translations for all the missing Portuguese menu options #11278

This is a fix for issue #4938
The menu for the Portuguese version of Brackets had a lot of missing information, so the menu items were set to the default representations in English. Not impossible to read, but messy and unprofessional. Anyway, I did the best I could with my basic French/Spanish grammar skills, and translated the Portuguese wording.
Later this week I will get my friends to get the translation down even more, but for now, this should start the process of cleaning up the code for this issue. The entire Menu selection has been accounted for as well as the 'Working Files' section too!
