[CLOSED] Add support for specifying and remembering the brackets index.html location #5

On first startup, the user is prompted to select the brackets index.html file. This file is saved in preferences and used in subsequent launches. Hold down the shift key while launching to specify a different file.
Note that this is not the final implementation. We will have a well-defined initial path to automatically search (ie in a "web" directory in the app package on mac, or next to the exe file on windows).
This checkin also turns off the toolbar at the top of the window.
