Task handlers with reasons and value based commands #227

Termination handlers now receive TaskInformation instead of String (task id only)
User Task Support can detect (and propagate) ASSIGN reason in metadata to the handler
Creation of commands from values instead of suppliers is now supported
fix Extends task completion commands to be used with plain objects instead of suppliers #224
fix Support detection of assignment in user task support #226
fix Extend the TaskTerminationHandler to allow to pass TaskInformation #223
