새로고침 후 재접속 해도 음성이 잘 들립니다.
디버깅용도로 사용했던 코드 변경사항을 돌려놓았습니다.

강의자가 새로고침 후 다시 접속해도 음성이 참여자에게 잘 전달되도록 미디어 서버를 수정했습니다.
