Errors from the executor are invisible to users #174
Description
As a user, it's currently not possible to see errors from the executor, besides looking at shipper's own logs.
It has happened that a user specified an invalid strategy step, and shipper would log error syncing Application “foo/bar” (will retry: false): no step 2 in strategy for Release “foo/bar-deadbeef-0" to stderr, but the release itself would be none the wiser: no events, no conditions, no anything.
