1.After BC Fusion, BeaconChain was merged into BSC, so BC is no longer needed.
2.There is a bnbchain docs site refactor, many linkers are broken. Especially, the BC related urls are no longer provided.
3.It is better not to add external urls into BEPs docs.
Based on these points, I think we can simply remove these broken urls.
