MacOS client does not responsd correctly to "Hide"

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open BW app window
2. Press cmd-H or choose "Hide" from File menu

Expected Result

Expected the app window to be hidden.

Actual Result

App window goes to background, but is not hidden.

Additional Context

For me, the problem happens regardless of whether the menu bar icon is active or not.

When the menu bar icon is active, clicking it does toggle visibility of the BW window.

Interestingly, the OS seems to think it's hidden — if you "hide" BW, the other app's "Hide Others" option is unavailable.
