Copay wallet stuck at scanning funds: TWO_STEP_INACTIVE_CLEAN_DURATION_MIN #763
Description
We are restoring a Copay 2-of-3 wallet. The Copay app is stuck at "scanning funds" for several hours (also tried restarting the app and the BWS server).
The Bitcore Wallet Service bws.log file is showing:
info <...> Not running the FULL balance query due to TWO_STEP_INACTIVE_CLEAN_DURATION_MIN
What should we do?
