New Feature: save file using the "BioImage formats exporter"

Currently BDP2 supports saving as:

• TIFF stack or plane files series
• HDF5 chunked multi-resolution file series

In which file format would you like to save?

Actualy we want to save a tif image with both C and Z in a single file. Bio-Image exporter enables this as well as many other formats so we thought it would be best to have that (like you have the bio-format importer)

How big is your data? The saving implementation is optimised for big data. Just using normal Bio-Formats may be much slower....

I don't think I will be able to support their features; thus the approach you suggested of showing the data in ImageJ is probably the fastest route to success; although, as mentioned, not as optimised for speed and memory usage.

So maybe you can just add the option to save a tif image with both C and Z? Currently it separates them into different tif files

I had a look at this and while, of course, in principle everything is possible, it would probably require one or two days of work.

1. Why is it advantageous to you to have C and Z in one file?
2. Can you or some of your colleagues write Java code? Then you would be welcome to create a PR! It may be possible to get away with minor additions to this class.
