Reset of LUT when performing Channel alignment

Hello @tischi,
using [Process > Align Channels] after you shift one channel the whole image is re-displayed. The problem is that the display settings are also reset (group are lost, all channels are shown as fused). I have a 8 color image and only in 2-3 channels can I see the shift between channels. Every time I apply a shift I have to click through the image LUT again. Currently I set the min and max so that I only see some of the channels even in the fused mode.

Would it be possible to avoid that big data viewer resets everything?

I just tried it and for me it does not change the display settings when I do [Process > Align Channels]. Maybe you are doing something special?

However, I just realized that when I click Cancel it looses all colors.
Can you confirm?
What exactly is your sequence of clicking buttons?

Note to self: For testing this, use TestOpenProcessSave in interactive mode.
