Long time no see! What do you think about adding my implementation of remote execution to the official list here: https://bazel.build/community/remote-execution-services?

It works under Windows NT 3.1 and allows to build code on Visual C++ 1.0 😁.

Hi @meteorcloudy. I'm currently at tests functionality now and I'm curious if it's possible to disable/replace tests runner for custom platform. Right now I got pretty decent piece of STL implemented, where tests are preferable and I faced two options: disable Bash runner somehow or implement MSYS by myself (which is possible but time-consuming) 🤷 . What would you recommend?

Not working for Kaspersky Lab at the moment, but love correctness as before. I'm planning to switch non-NT 3.1 (16-bit) and to DOS eventually.

Surprisingly (well, most likely not surprisingly for you), Bazel proved itself as perfect platform for retro-programming — it allows to feel coolness of these old APIs in modern environment, MUCH better than earlier, when you had to do something wrong in unconvenient IDE, get freeze, then wait for a reboot.

We do have a test wrapper implemented in C++ for Windows, maybe it's not used due to RE?
