Reason

我是用 kt 重写ExceptionTranslator接口的 ，数据库有了runtime 异常，但是到我kt 重写接口这边 Args因为是@NotNull 注解标识的 所以kt参数就是非null的，所以会直接报kt non null 参数校验 错误
