Documentation for kms-enclave-cli genkey command example doesn't match specs

appears to use the example for the decrypt method rather than the specifications declared here: https://github.com/aws/aws-nitro-enclaves-sdk-c/blob/main/bin/kmstool-enclave-cli/README.md?plain=1#L100-L102.

Should the example code be updated to match those specs??
