Generating type information from IDR database

[IDR](https://www.aldeid.com/wiki/IDR-Interactive-Delphi-Reconstructor) ([sources](https://github.com/crypto2011/IDR/blob/master/KnowledgeBase.h)) databases could contain useful type information, which we could use. If they do, create a tool that extracts this information into a JSON file that could be parsed with `ctypesparser` tool (use `ctypes` type representation).
