Application unable to start correctly

Attempting to run on Windows 11 using the prebuilt version of retdec. System software is up to date.

On attempting to run retdec-decompiler.exe, I get the following error:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002). Click OK to close the application.

My VC redists are all up to date. What could be causing this issue?
