💅 Modernize Argo UI with Tailwind CSS

Hey team 👋 — I'd like to propose modernizing the UI layer of this repo by migrating to Tailwind CSS. Given the current state of the project (minimal activity, legacy styling, and aging components), this migration would help:

• Replace custom/legacy CSS with a scalable utility-first approach
• Make it easier to contribute and maintain styles across components
• Improve responsiveness, accessibility, and dev experience
• Lay the groundwork for future design updates and DX improvements
• Fix and improve the current toolchain to enable a pleasant DX

I'm happy to take on this migration myself, component by component, in a way that preserves current behavior and keeps the project stable. I’ll:

• Introduce Tailwind with a minimal, safe config
• Refactor styles incrementally (starting with low-risk components)
• Keep PRs small and well-documented for easy review
• Avoid breaking changes or layout shifts unless explicitly discussed
