Eventbus Statefulset Metadata Labels are not being changed

Describe the bug
Eventbus Statefulset Metadata Labels are not being changed whenever you change the labels on the Eventbus CustomResource.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an jetstream Eventbus with default configurations.
2. Change the metadata.lables of the eventbus CustomResource

Expected behavior
Eventbus Statefulset Metadata Labels should be changed accordingly.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Kubernetes: 1.31
• Argo Events: v1.9.6 (deployed by helm chart v2.4.15)
