I linked to very detailed instructions for submitting a library. If you had taken the time to read those instructions, you would understand that this issue is not the correct procedure.

Please carefully read and follow those instructions. As I already offered, I'm here to provide assistance if you have any questions or problems while following those instructions.

Although we strive to make the use Arduino to create projects accessible to everyone, we expect a high level of competence from the maintainers of libraries we distribute to the Arduino community via the Library Manager system. Your behavior in this repository is not meeting that standard. Please make a stronger effort in your activity in this repository. If you won't do that, your Library Registry privileges may be revoked.

There are detailed instructions at the link I provided above. You only need to follow the instructions.

If you don't want to do that, that is fine. Registration of your library is completely optional. The users can simply install the library manually instead of via Library Manager.
