Fix minor ansible typos

Description

While trying to hot swap the scheduler as a single component using ansible, I came across a typo in the ansible documentation as well as a typo in the scheduler ansible deploy.yml file. Fixing the typo in the deploy.yml allowed me to successfully hot swap the scheduler component in my local ansible setup.
