[MSHARED-546] Change groupId from org.apache.maven to org.apache.maven.shared

Currently the maven-archiver is located in the groupId org.apache.maven but it should be in org.apache.maven.shared.archiver as all other shared components.

Honestly I don't think this cleanup is worth the trouble it would cause. Better to live with the inconsistency. But if you must see

If you're going to do this the package should change too. e.g. org.apache.maven.shared.archiver;

Otherwise old and new versions are going to show up in the classpath at the same time with hard to debug consequences.
