UI: When configuring a kvm/xenserver zone , don't show Configuring nsx public traffic after enabling the zone

Currently NSX zone is only for vmware hypervisor , but we are showing the option after enabling the zone

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Add a zone from the UI ,
2. Select the Hypervisor as kvm and provide the relevant details
3. Enable the zone

What to do about it?

Dont show the message " Configuring nsx public traffic" when enabling a KVM , XenServer hypervisor
