Fix a typo in the RC whl check documentation

If I am not mistaken, there is no dash before the .whl:

$ ls *-.whl
ls: cannot access '*-.whl': No such file or directory
$ ls *.whl
apache_airflow-2.7.0-py3-none-any.whl
