[Bug] PNG's Coming Back Larger

Describe the bug
I used PNG's and they came back larger saying 77% compression from 3.97 MB to 7.04 MB

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Upload PNG's, no idea how to reproduce consistently, but it happens consistently

Expected behavior
Some reduction of size in the PNG
