[Doc Request]: Review and Refactor the AWS Load Balancer Document

Summary

Currently documentation has explanation only for Classic Load Balancer which is pretty old and not used anymore. It should be separated to Application Load Balancer and Network Load Balancer and new documentation needs to be added for these.

Why is it needed?

The Classic Load Balancer is old and not relevant anymore. Document needs to be updated.

Suggested solution(s)

There should be two different documents about how to configure Network Load Balancer and Application Load Balancer. I will try to do a draft for this issue in the future. Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks @ceydaduzgec for creating the Github issue.

Actually, the Network Load Balancer is deployed as part of the cluster installation using CloudFormation, so there is no need to create it separately.

We will have an internal discussion about whether to keep the specific document. If we decide to keep it, we will update it. If not, we will remove this document.
