Let's consider making full and static optional and add a --full flag that enables additional long running tests, similar to the --corba flag.

I also don't think we need to do a full solve in the full neither such fine mesh in static (or the other way around, doesn't matter).

I know it is not a good practice to rely on the CICD for testing, but one of my goals here is to reduce building time in the CICD because, as you know, they run on Linux and I do Windows (at the moment).
