Add workflow to test pyedb as a depency of pyaedt

A branch exists in `pyaedt` to test using `pyedb` as a dependency (https://github.com/ansys/pyaedt/tree/maint/use_pyedb).
Since `pyaedt` is public and `pyedb` isn't, we could add a manual workflow to ensure that `pyaedt` tests are still working when used with `pyedb`.
