[Feature Request] Hover popup should include link to documentation

Problem

The popup over modules is helpful, but it should also have a link to the relevant documentation.

Solution

For example, the popup over this:

- debug:
    msg: 'foo'

Should have a link to the debug module's documentation here.

Many vs code extensions have this functionality. Please consider it? Thanks!

This is a great idea! We should be able to link to it, or render it.

Until it's done, you can right clcik on the plugin name and "Goto defintion", which takes you to the DOCUMENTATION string embedded in the plugin's source.

I will note, the challenge of a URL will be tracking down where the docs are hosted. Some may not be hosted at all, some may be in the community docs for ansible, others in their repo, and some in automation hub.
