Add support lint this workspace (cwd) with Ansible navigator (like run this playbook with navigator)

Problem

Currently there is no way from extension to lint the entire workspace.

Solution

With ansible-navigator now supporting running ansible-lint as a subcommand (local and EE), provide it as a option for users in extension to invoke running lint for the current workspace.
