[tutorial-editor] Typo and reformat tutorial-editor.md.

  1. 改正了第138行的错误拼写。
  2. 改善了部分语句的语法，使得阅读更通顺。
  3. 为Tips和警告增加了Docusaurus的块级语法 :::
